 1. Return & Exchange

If you receive defective item or there is a size issue and you want to exchange, you can do it very easily. Just drop a Whats app massage to 9830442270 and mention your name, order number also issue. It may take up to 48 hours for us to initiate return process.

• You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tag.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 2. Return & Refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your UPI Id.
• You will receive the credit within 48 hour.

 3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that Shipping charge free if you want exchange and if you want refund then shipping charges are complete customer responsibility.

 5. Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible (any kind of custom order) for return or may be subject to additional restocking fees. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

 Shipping & Tracking

• Orders in India are typically delivered in 4-7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, any local restrictions etc.).
• Colourspop provides FREE shipping for all prepaid orders in India.
• You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and then clicking on 'Track Order' for the respective Order ID. 
• For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your Colourspop Account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

Cancel Items and Orders

You can cancel your order any time. For cancellation just drop a Whats app massage (9830442270) with your name and order id.
